Position Overview
As an Assistant Purchasing Manager, you will ensure that all departments have the necessary supplies for smooth operations. Collaboratively working with the F&B Operations Manager, you will oversee administrative processes to support various business functions.
Work Schedule
Enjoy a flexible 4-day workweek, allowing you three days off weekly to better organize your personal time—all while maintaining full-time employment benefits.
Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal inventory management and ensure the storeroom is organized and clutter-free.
- Assist in budget preparation and keep a careful, business-minded watch on orders.
- Contribute support to various Food & Beverage projects and cover duties when team members from F&B or storerooms are unavailable.
- Leverage your expertise as a trained catering specialist to maintain a broad perspective despite back-to-back projects.
Qualifications
- Prior professional experience in a comparable position, with strong administrative skills.
- Enthusiasm for experimentation and pursuing innovative approaches.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and proficient IT skills.
- A strong character and the ability to bring both skills and personality to the role.
