Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

• Design labor demand plans for the production department in coordination with Industrial Engineering (IE).
• Work closely with Human Resources to facilitate recruitment efforts aligning with production labor requirements.
• Create and implement employee training initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities continuously.
• Manage employee attendance to ensure a stable and reliable production workforce.
• Supervise the buffer labor team to flexibly meet varying labor demands throughout the plant.
