Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
- Design labor demand plans for the production department in coordination with Industrial Engineering (IE).
- Work closely with Human Resources to facilitate recruitment efforts aligning with production labor requirements.
- Create and implement employee training initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities continuously.
- Manage employee attendance to ensure a stable and reliable production workforce.
- Supervise the buffer labor team to flexibly meet varying labor demands throughout the plant.
