Role Overview and Responsibilities

We seek an Artificial Intelligence Engineer with expertise in developing multi-agent LLM-based systems and production AI services. The ideal candidate will design agents with advanced tool-calling, chain-of-thought reasoning, structured outputs, and context management, working with platforms like Claude, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI. You will build agent orchestration pipelines using tools such as LangGraph and LangChain, managing routing, disambiguation, fallback handling, and multi-step task decompositions.

Your responsibilities also include:

• Developing scalable Python applications using async programming, Pydantic, and FastAPI for APIs, tool interfaces, and data pipelines.
• Implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), document extraction, summarization, and content creation for client deliverables.
• Deploying and scaling agent workloads on cloud infrastructures, particularly AWS services including S3, Lambda, Bedrock, SageMaker, Glue, and Step Functions, and/or Snowflake platforms.
• Designing semantic data models with SQL techniques such as complex joins, CTEs, and star schemas to enable LLM agents to interact with structured data through validated queries and natural language to SQL pipelines.
• Evaluating agent performance through accuracy benchmarking, hallucination detection, output validation, human-in-the-loop review workflows, and implementing safety guardrails.
• Integrating agent systems with enterprise tools like CRM, SharePoint, Teams, email, and document management environments used by business users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with commercial real estate or professional services domains.
• Experience hosting and fine-tuning LLMs using AWS Bedrock or SageMaker.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) server designs.
• Insight into designing RAG pipelines with Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS vector databases.
• Skills in agent observability tools such as LangSmith, Arize, or Phoenix.
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code using AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
• Designing user experiences for agent interactions tailored to non-technical end users.
