Role Summary and Responsibilities
The Senior Fullstack .Net Developer will be responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade web applications and cloud-based solutions. The role requires leadership in developing robust JavaScript frontends and backend services, integrating AI features, maintaining compliance standards, and leveraging Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Key Duties
- Develop and maintain large JavaScript applications using Next.js or React with TypeScript, including efficient state management and performance enhancements.
- Implement backend services using C# and .NET stack (ASP.NET, WebAPI, MVC), focusing on API design and scalable service patterns.
- Design and build cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, utilizing PaaS components, frameworks, and operational tools.
- Ensure delivery of systems compliant with regulatory and security requirements, including auditability, privacy controls, and secure data handling.
- Apply strong engineering principles encompassing design patterns, modular architecture, and sound trade-offs.
- Employ AI-assisted development methodologies such as spec-driven and agent-driven development, using tools like Claude Code, Codex, or equivalents.
- Create AI-powered product features, including prompt engineering, integrating large language model APIs, and enhancing user experiences with AI.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Holds Azure or Microsoft certifications.
- Experience with event-driven and distributed systems, including messaging and asynchronous workflows.
- Proficiency with SQL Server, ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework and NHibernate, and caching mechanisms.
- Strong background in testing methodologies like TDD and BDD, familiarity with xUnit, Jest, or Mocha, and CI/CD pipelines for quality assurance.
- Skilled in analytics, BI, and data visualization for domain-centered reporting.
- Experience with mobile platform ecosystems (iOS and Android) and designing APIs to support mobile clients.
- Knowledge in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or Azure AI Services.
- Understanding of AI code generation workflows, including evaluation and refinement of AI-generated code for deployment.
- Contribution to AI-enhanced internal tooling, developer experience improvements, and intelligent process automation within engineering environments.

Compensation
The salary range for this role falls between 1,500,000 and 3,000,000 INR annually.
