Position Overview
We are seeking an innovative Art Director passionate about transforming compelling ideas into distinctive visual expressions. This hands-on role involves collaborating closely with writers, strategists, and account teams from initial ideation through to project completion, delivering creative works that are both visually striking and strategically sound.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop concepts and design projects spanning print, digital, social media, and video.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including writing, strategy, and account management to align creative solutions with client objectives.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Adapt to emerging technologies, trends, and evolving client requirements.
Candidate Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in design and art direction.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and refined execution across diverse formats.
- Solid grasp of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
- Ability to interpret brand strategies and creative directions into effective visual messages.
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with AI-based creative tools enhancing ideation and workflow.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with openness to feedback and collaborative work.
- Experience designing for digital environments and managing quick turnaround times.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 annually.
