Position Overview

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and design projects spanning print, digital, social media, and video.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including writing, strategy, and account management to align creative solutions with client objectives.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Adapt to emerging technologies, trends, and evolving client requirements.

Candidate Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in design and art direction.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and refined execution across diverse formats.
• Solid grasp of design fundamentals including typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Ability to interpret brand strategies and creative directions into effective visual messages.
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with AI-based creative tools enhancing ideation and workflow.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with openness to feedback and collaborative work.
• Experience designing for digital environments and managing quick turnaround times.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 annually.
