Role Overview
We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-focused E-commerce Key Account Executive to serve as a Fixed Term Consultant in Mumbai. This person will manage the entire Amazon ecosystem and related accounts — including Amazon Fresh, Now, and Pharmacy — to drive growth, ensure financial health, and maintain daily excellence on the digital shelf.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-funnel operations and maintain robust account health metrics across Amazon accounts.
- Manage cataloging, inventory health, and purchase order processes to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Collaborate with supply chain and warehousing teams to optimize fulfillment for new Amazon channels.
- Evaluate stockist performance relative to forecasts.
- Create and implement monthly promotional schedules including deals and coupons.
- Work with marketing to synchronize on-site visibility with Amazon events.
- Improve product discoverability by optimizing SEO-compliant product titles, descriptions, and enhanced content.
- Track digital shelf metrics such as share of voice, Buy Box ownership, and keyword rankings rigorously.
- Conduct audits on pricing, ratings, and reviews to uphold brand premium positioning.
- Monitor competitor pricing and activity to generate actionable market insights.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1 to 3 years of practical experience managing Amazon accounts, especially in FMCG or consumer goods; candidates without prior experience are also considered.
- Strong expertise with Amazon Vendor Central and Pi platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel featuring VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data visualization skills with a passion for data analysis.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to address Amazon-specific issues like ASIN suppression, reconciliation, and logistic delays.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is required.
