Role Overview
The Aerospace Recruiter is responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for specialized and senior-level positions within the aerospace sector. This role involves mentoring and developing a recruitment team while ensuring compliance with all applicable legal standards and industry-specific regulations, including security clearance protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for targeted aerospace roles requiring specialized skills and security clearances.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of recruitment professionals to enhance their performance and career growth.
- Ensure adherence to hiring laws, aerospace industry standards, and confidentiality requirements associated with secret clearance.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 4 to 9 years of recruitment experience specifically in the aerospace industry, particularly involving US W2 employment structures.
- Experience interfacing directly with clients is highly preferred to foster stronger relationships and hiring outcomes.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of current trends and market conditions within the aeronautical and aviation sectors.
- Must hold or be eligible for secret-level security clearance.
