Role Overview

We are expanding our account development representative team and currently seek a German-speaking Account Development Representative focused on the DACH region. This role is essential to generating a high-quality pipeline for our sales teams and influencing the sales development process through innovative ideas and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with your team to drive a quality sales pipeline targeting specific accounts.
Manage all inbound leads within your territory promptly and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
Develop and prioritize target account lists for effective outreach.
Proactively identify and generate outbound sales opportunities.
Qualify prospects for enterprise-level interest and coordinate with Account Executives on sales qualification.

Required Qualifications and Traits

Fluency in German is essential.
Proven history of delivering successful outcomes in similar roles.
Strong resilience and a growth-oriented mindset.
Intellectual curiosity and ability to understand complex environments.
Good comprehension and situational awareness.
Willingness or ability to use Camunda’s product effectively.

Desirable Attributes

Interest in technical topics and eagerness for continuous learning.
Comfort with adaptability within a dynamic, fast-growing work environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We provide transparent and competitive compensation, typically placing new hires in the initial half of the offered range, allowing growth over time. Examples of annual total cash compensation (base salary plus 100% variable where applicable) include:

United States: $91,000 to $181,700
United Kingdom: £57,200 to £116,400
Singapore: S$113,100 to S$209,900

For other locations, hiring is via Remote.com with personalized rewards shared after interviews.

Equity participation is offered through a Virtual Stock Option Plan where applicable.
