About the Internship
Join Basti Ki Pathshala Foundation as a Java Development Intern and contribute to meaningful projects that positively affect the education of children in underserved areas. This role requires strong proficiency in Java, HTML, MySQL, JSP, J2EE, Hibernate ORM, Spring MVC, as well as an understanding of both frontend and backend development and UI/UX principles.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with fellow developers to create and enhance features for the foundation's educational platform.
- Develop clean, maintainable code primarily using Java and relevant technologies.
- Identify and fix bugs to ensure smooth running of the platform.
- Engage in frontend development to craft an aesthetically pleasing and user-centered interface.
- Build backend components to optimize data handling and storage.
- Conduct user testing and collect feedback for UI/UX improvements.
- Keep abreast of the latest technology trends to offer innovative solutions.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available to work remotely full-time for one month.
- Start date to be between 10th July 2026 and 14th August 2026.
