About the Internship
Join our impactful mission to create India's largest cancer care community, focusing on preventive education, caregiver mentorship, and sustainable support systems. We seek enthusiastic individuals for a part-time, remote Human Resources internship lasting 4 months, starting immediately. This opportunity allows you to actively contribute to recruitment and HR processes within a socially-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment lifecycle by posting vacancies, evaluating applications, and shortlisting candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews while maintaining professional communication with applicants.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in onboarding new interns and volunteers effectively.
- Update and manage performance and recruitment tracking spreadsheets.
- Participate in HR team engagement and coordination tasks.
- Ensure unbiased and equitable hiring decisions.
- Handle multiple recruitment roles and interviews concurrently.
- Collaborate across teams for assignment assessments and interview scheduling.
