Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment lifecycle by posting vacancies, evaluating applications, and shortlisting candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews while maintaining professional communication with applicants.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in onboarding new interns and volunteers effectively.
• Update and manage performance and recruitment tracking spreadsheets.
• Participate in HR team engagement and coordination tasks.
• Ensure unbiased and equitable hiring decisions.
• Handle multiple recruitment roles and interviews concurrently.
• Collaborate across teams for assignment assessments and interview scheduling.
