Role Overview

This permanent role entails being the primary interface for staff, visitors, and clients, managing a mixture of reception duties, event coordination, catering support, and facilities management to ensure seamless daily office operations with excellent service quality.

Key Duties

  • Provide exemplary front-of-house and visitor services to staff, clients, and guests.
  • Manage booking and coordination of meeting spaces, events, catering needs, and audiovisual setups.
  • Develop and maintain strong collaborations with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Assist with facilities management tasks including maintenance oversight, compliance reporting, and administrative support.
