Role Overview

Key Duties
- Provide exemplary front-of-house and visitor services to staff, clients, and guests.
- Manage booking and coordination of meeting spaces, events, catering needs, and audiovisual setups.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborations with clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Assist with facilities management tasks including maintenance oversight, compliance reporting, and administrative support.
- Supervise service level adherence, handle customer feedback proactively, and seek continuous operational enhancements.
Candidate Profile
- Background in hospitality, customer service, reception, workplace experience, facilities, or corporate assistance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, projecting confidence and professionalism.
- Highly organised with skills in administration, planning, and effective time management.
