Position Overview
Vacancies are available for five academic ranks: Postdoctoral Fellow, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Full Professor, and Chair Professor.
Key Responsibilities
Candidates should possess significant teaching experience, a strong record of high-quality publications in their field, success in securing research funding, and considerable experience supervising research candidates. Typically, the role involves teaching two courses per academic year (one each semester), leading curriculum enhancements, and advancing the institution's international research reputation. Additionally, administrative duties will be assigned according to experience.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Doctorate in a closely related discipline and postgraduate certificate in higher education or equivalent;
- Several years of university-level teaching and research experience post-PhD preferred;
- Capability to supervise PhD candidates;
- Robust publication record in specialized area;
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding;
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred Credentials
Membership in professional bodies such as BCS, IET, ACM, IEE, or HEA is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual base salary ranges by rank are approximately:
Lecturer: 280,000-320,000 RMB
Assistant Professor: 360,000-400,000 RMB
Associate Professor: 450,000-490,000 RMB
Senior Associate Professor: 540,000-580,000 RMB
Professor: Above 620,000 RMB (negotiable)
