Role Overview
This opportunity is for an enthusiastic fresher to join the US recruitment team in Noida. The role offers structured training and hands-on exposure to hiring for US-based clients, with a focus on learning the full recruitment process and building a career in US staffing.
Work Location and Shift
The position is based in Noida Sector 126 and requires onsite work. It is a night shift role aligned with US working hours.
Eligibility
Candidates should be fresh graduates from the 2025 or 2026 passing batches with a B.Tech, BCA, or MCA background. Strong spoken and written communication is essential, along with comfort working night shifts and an interest in developing a long-term career in US staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Go through structured training to understand the complete US recruitment workflow.
- Support hiring for requirements shared by US clients.
- Find suitable candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing methods.
- Review resumes and carry out preliminary HR screening conversations.
- Arrange and manage interview scheduling between candidates and client hiring teams.
- Keep candidate information and recruitment tracking tools up to date.
- Help create a strong talent pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate journey.
