Mona Generators Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and customer-focused female Telecalling Executive to join their team at Nirman Vihar, Delhi. This full-time position requires handling customer inquiries and generating sales leads through effective telecalling.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Comprehend customer needs and provide information about products and services.
Proactively generate new leads and conduct follow-ups to boost sales.
Coordinate appointments for the sales team as necessary.
Make reminder and follow-up calls to maintain ongoing customer relationships.
Update and maintain customer data using CRM systems or Excel spreadsheets.
Follow up on quotations, outstanding payments, and service requests.
Address customer issues and escalate complex concerns appropriately.
Develop and sustain positive customer relations.
Meet and exceed daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualities

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic to good English proficiency.
Professional and polite telephone etiquette with confidence.
A positive mindset with a willingness to learn and patience in customer interactions.
Strong listening, convincing, and negotiation capabilities.
Motivated, responsible, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.
Basic computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, email usage, and internet navigation.
Experience working with CRM software is advantageous.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline.
Fresh graduates possessing excellent communication are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience (0–2 years) in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or lead generation is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly salary ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹22,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
Additional performance-based incentives provided.
