Overview

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Talent Recruiter to become a vital part of our expanding Enterprise Talent Services team based in Dallas. Although this remote position welcomes applicants nationwide, those located near Dallas are favored for close client engagement.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from sourcing candidates to offer extension for various technical and non-technical positions at nationwide Enterprise clients.
• Advertise open roles and actively search job boards to identify suitable candidates.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates through regular communication.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and effectively present job opportunities to potential candidates, ensuring skills alignment.
• Organize interviews and prepare candidates, then collect feedback following interviews.
• Extend employment offers to the selected candidates.
• Support the internal HR team with candidate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Experience ranging from entry-level up to three years in full life-cycle recruiting.
• Familiarity with Bullhorn ATS is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication abilities and comfort with extensive phone interaction.
• A keen interest in sales and recruiting functions.
