Supply Chain Analyst

About the Role

Our client, a prominent food and beverage distribution organization, is seeking a Data Entry Analyst to join their team in Rosemont, IL on a 6-month W2 contract with benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately entering and managing purchase orders, forecasted orders, and inventory data.
• Monitoring inbound shipments and supplier portals while resolving any order or inventory discrepancies.
• Conducting analysis of inventory and sales data, generating reports, and collaborating with Operations teams to ensure precise inventory records are maintained.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in data entry or supply chain roles.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP; experience with SAP or Blue Yonder is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
