Role and Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit the best-suited candidates for engineering-related roles.
• Utilize online platforms such as LinkedIn and other professional networks to source potential applicants.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives, to maintain a talent pipeline.
• Handle overseas talent acquisition and conduct interviews.
• Contribute talent acquisition data analysis to support strategic planning for the recruitment team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruiting for engineering design roles or within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sectors is preferred.
• Possession of valid work authorization to work in Singapore is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English with effective interpersonal and communication capabilities.
