About the Company
CTCI is a global engineering service provider established in 1979, headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan. It delivers a broad spectrum of engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and project management services to industries like hydrocarbon, power, environment, transportation, and industrial sectors.
Role and Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit the best-suited candidates for engineering-related roles.
- Utilize online platforms such as LinkedIn and other professional networks to source potential applicants.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including employer branding initiatives, to maintain a talent pipeline.
- Handle overseas talent acquisition and conduct interviews.
- Contribute talent acquisition data analysis to support strategic planning for the recruitment team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruiting for engineering design roles or within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sectors is preferred.
- Possession of valid work authorization to work in Singapore is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English with effective interpersonal and communication capabilities.
