Spoken English Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a Spoken English Trainer to support our UNXT program aimed at empowering final-year students with employability skills through structured training, assessments, and placement assistance. This position involves delivering comprehensive sessions, coordinating with colleges, and fostering student engagement to ensure successful program completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 90 hours of training, arranged as either 3 hours daily for 30 days or 2 hours daily for 45 days, strictly following the prescribed curriculum.
• Identify and onboard colleges within designated districts or nearby areas, collaborating with their authorities to facilitate smooth program execution.
• Ensure total student enrollment in required platforms and maintain accurate data regarding education, job preferences, and relocation prospects.
• Promote student engagement with learning management systems and assessments to encourage certification and improved learning outcomes.
• Coordinate with placement teams, assist in campus job drives and provide support to achieve placement targets.
• Encourage student motivation, confidence building, communication skills, and readiness for the workplace.
• Manage alumni connections for continued job support and career guidance.
• Maintain thorough documentation including attendance, assessments, certifications, and reports for batch completion.
• Represent the organization professionally when dealing with colleges and students.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Open to both freshers and experienced applicants.
• Effective communication skills in English are essential.
• Ability to facilitate training sessions confidently.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage well with students and stakeholders.
• Basic proficiency in computers including MS Office, mobile applications, and social media platforms.
• Willingness to travel locally as required for the role.
• Completion of mandatory training session in Bangalore is required; travel, accommodation and stipend will be provided.
