ملازمت کی تفصیل

Overview

This position is responsible for quality assurance activities within Workday People systems. The focus areas include Absence, Benefits, Time Tracking, and associated People IT processes. The QA Analyst plans, documents, executes, and coordinates test scenarios to confirm that system configurations, integrations, reports, and process modifications are verified prior to deployment. This role also fosters consistent testing protocols and assists in defect management throughout implementation, hypercare, maintenance, and upcoming Workday releases. The ideal applicant will possess keen attention to detail, a methodical testing approach, and a solid understanding of People-process workflows and system interactions to ensure system reliability and a smooth employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve Workday system issues related to Absence, Benefits, Time Tracking, and connected processes.
  • Analyze system functions connected to eligibility, accrual rules, pay protocols, business operations, integrations, and data output accuracy.
  • Act as the technical escalation contact for complex system challenges beyond standard support reach.
  • Conduct in-depth data audits across worker profiles, time logs, absence balances, and benefit selections to guarantee data correctness.
  • Ensure accuracy of information transfer between Workday and payroll or other downstream systems by detecting and fixing inconsistencies.
  • Use reporting utilities to examine large datasets for irregularities or patterns.
  • Oversee integrations linking Workday with payroll, benefits vendors, timekeeping, scheduling, and other downstream systems, and troubleshoot interface faults and data inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with integration teams to verify accurate inbound and outbound data flows, alongside testing integration enhancements.
  • Support post-deployment hypercare efforts by validating remediation, monitoring returning issues, and confirming system stability after releases.
  • Participate in Workday patching, release cycles, and maintenance by performing regression and focused testing to identify risks.
  • Carry out root cause investigations on persistent or major issues and suggest system improvements to boost performance, data quality, and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Human Resources Technology, or a related area.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience with HRIS systems, Workday, Time and Attendance, Workforce Management, Benefits, Absence management, or similar People systems.
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting system problems, data discrepancies, and integration challenges.
  • Experience in supporting various testing phases including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, release validations, and post-go-live support.
  • Technical proficiency with Workday or comparable HRIS/Workforce Management platforms.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and managing large datasets with tools such as Excel or Power BI.
