Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Doha, Qatar for a Social Services Specialist. The position focuses on understanding the psychosocial circumstances of patients and their families, offering counseling support, and building individualized care plans that help improve wellbeing and access to needed services.
Key Duties
The specialist will coordinate case management activities, link clients with relevant community and support resources, and act as an advocate for patient rights and social assistance. The role requires regular collaboration with clinical teams, outside agencies, and community partners to support seamless continuity of care.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining clear and accurate records, contributing in multidisciplinary discussions, and supporting initiatives related to program development and quality improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
