About the Role

The Shop Floor Assistant plays a key role in merchandising, rotating, and facing all stock within their designated department while upholding hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Centra's core values: being Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-focused.
• Accurately process orders across various departments.
• Maintain and display the entire store with high standards consistently.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to implement layout changes, including ends and sides displays.
• Apply proper labelling and adhere to stock rotation protocols.
• Verify deliveries following the goods inward procedures.
• Ensure the back-store area remains organized and tidy.

• Possess excellent communication abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and adaptable.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
