About the Role
The Shop Floor Assistant plays a key role in merchandising, rotating, and facing all stock within their designated department while upholding hygiene and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Centra's core values: being Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-focused.
- Accurately process orders across various departments.
- Maintain and display the entire store with high standards consistently.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager to implement layout changes, including ends and sides displays.
- Apply proper labelling and adhere to stock rotation protocols.
- Verify deliveries following the goods inward procedures.
- Ensure the back-store area remains organized and tidy.
Candidate Profile
- Possess excellent communication abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and adaptable.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
