Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage service including taking orders, delivering items to guests, and clearing tables.
• Ensure the station is properly set up and clean before, during, and after shifts.
• Welcome guests warmly and explain any specials or promotions to enhance their experience.
• Enter orders accurately into the Point of Sale system to communicate effectively with the kitchen.
• Retrieve and verify orders from the kitchen and deliver them promptly to guests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal service.
• Comply fully with legal and restaurant regulations, including laws related to serving alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
• Focus on becoming a proactive seller rather than just an order taker.
• Pay close attention to detail and follow all company standards for quality and safety.
• Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation procedures at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferably a minimum of one year of prior experience serving guests.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Possess a courteous, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and cleanliness.
• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
