Team Overview

The Viewer Product Team is dedicated to delivering exceptional streaming experiences to millions globally. The International Product Team collaborates with experts and leaders to build and execute strategies for Roku’s platforms worldwide. They analyze market needs, data insights, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful product initiatives.

Role Summary

This role is for an experienced, strategic, and growth-oriented product manager to lead Roku's viewer (operating system/platform) product efforts within the UK market. Responsibilities include overseeing growth and engagement strategies, managing the product roadmap, establishing priorities that align with Roku’s overall UK objectives, and working closely with leadership to position Roku as a top media and streaming presence in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the viewer (OS) product roadmap specific to the UK.
• Own growth and engagement strategies across the UK market in partnership with UK leadership.
• Establish and align on market goals and drive achievement of these through coordinated product launches and initiatives.
• Design and implement market-specific experiments to tailor products to UK consumer needs.
• Represent UK market demands and opportunities in cross-functional planning to produce measurable business impact.
• Build collaborative relationships within the International Product team and other UK Roku teams, including marketing, ad sales, and content monetization.
• Work across departments ensuring effective feature delivery and execution.
• Communicate strategy and progress at all organizational levels including executive management locally and internationally.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven background in product management.
• Extensive UK TV or streaming industry experience, understanding its ecosystem, technology, and consumer expectations.
• Experience collaborating with major UK media entities or partners.
• Demonstrated product-led growth expertise.
• Skilled in lifecycle marketing, user engagement, and retention strategies.
• Strong strategic planning, prioritization, organization, and execution capabilities.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional project management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to creatively solve complex challenges with innovative solutions.
• Holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Work Environment

The position is based in the London office. Roku adopts a hybrid workplace model with in-office collaboration from Monday through Thursday and flexible remote work on Fridays, except where specific roles or office policies require full-time office presence. International and domestic travel to Cambridge and Manchester offices is expected.
