This position entails delivering extensive administrative assistance to Partners, Associate Partners, and other senior leadership members at KPMG. The role operates as a communication bridge between leadership and both internal and external parties. Key Duties

  • Coordinate and manage calendars for leadership by scheduling meetings and appointments.

  • Track multiple projects, gather updates across departments, and communicate on behalf of leadership via phone and email.

  • Create meeting agendas and document meeting minutes.
  • Plan and oversee events such as Townhalls, CSR initiatives, celebrations, leadership and new joiner engagements.
  • Prepare basic MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
  • Engage proactively in strategic business initiatives, aiming for measurable impact.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for routine administrative activities to optimize cost, time, and quality.
  • Provide support to leaders operating across various time zones or those managing complex dual roles.
