Role Overview

As a Scrum Master working remotely from Toronto, you will oversee project scopes and timelines, ensure smooth sprint coordination, and promote Agile methodologies within teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage project scope and delivery schedules effectively.
Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile frameworks to enhance performance.
Promote transparent communication and foster collaboration internally.
Serve as the primary liaison for external communications with customers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with product owners to refine backlogs and accommodate new requests.
Address conflicts promptly and remove barriers to progress.
Guide implementation of process improvements within teams.
Maintain quality standards for all sprint deliverables.
Encourage teams to advance their Scrum maturity levels.
Create a motivating work environment where team members take ownership and find satisfaction in their products.
