Role Overview

As a Scrum Master working remotely from Toronto, you will oversee project scopes and timelines, ensure smooth sprint coordination, and promote Agile methodologies within teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope and delivery schedules effectively.
• Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile frameworks to enhance performance.
• Promote transparent communication and foster collaboration internally.
• Serve as the primary liaison for external communications with customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product owners to refine backlogs and accommodate new requests.
• Address conflicts promptly and remove barriers to progress.
• Guide implementation of process improvements within teams.
• Maintain quality standards for all sprint deliverables.
• Encourage teams to advance their Scrum maturity levels.
• Create a motivating work environment where team members take ownership and find satisfaction in their products.
