Role Overview

Join the Polène team at our new Singapore boutique, where an enthusiastic group is dedicated to providing unparalleled customer experiences in line with our artistic luxury positioning tailored for a sophisticated international clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support to the Store Manager by coordinating team efforts and ensuring effective communication throughout all activities.
• Drive the implementation and understanding of the brand's strategy among sales associates.
• Manage stockist relations to help achieve specific sales goals.
• Organize regular meetings within the store's stock team to maintain awareness of internal protocols and assist with onboarding new hires.
• Assist in planning store operations, including scheduling shifts, managing breaks, and preparing daily morning meetings.
• Oversee warehouse processes such as receiving and verifying deliveries, handling customer reservations, managing obsolete stock, processing invoices, packaging, and relabeling items.
• Lead inventories by product category and support the annual stocktaking procedures to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and propose enhancements to operational workflows, procurement, and logistics systems.
• Conduct periodic stock analyses to optimize inventory management.
• Serve as the main coordinator for organizing and optimizing new storage areas within a dynamic retail environment.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a minimum of three years’ experience in comparable roles, preferably within the luxury or leather goods sectors.
• Exhibit strong independence, adaptability, and energy required to handle customer traffic and store demands.
• Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for leather craftsmanship and luxury products, capable of engaging customers passionately.
• Show a collaborative mindset supporting teamwork and mutual assistance.
• Effectively handle urgent situations with flexibility and swift problem-solving skills.
