Position Summary

The Rewards Solutions Consultant will be stationed in Mumbai or Bangalore in an on-site full-time capacity. The role demands flexible shift hours and does not involve people management duties, though annual revenue responsibility is included. The consultant will leverage deep data insights to deliver client value, craft impactful presentations, and narrate compelling client stories while demonstrating ownership, accountability, and rapid learning. The role involves wearing multiple hats such as executing complex analytics, managing small projects, impressing clients, and engaging in business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with client organizations, acting as a trusted mid-level advisor and coordinating internally to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Contribute as a team member to execute mid to large complexity projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery with zero rework and exceeding client expectations on output quality.
• Manage mid to large complexity projects by planning and coordinating team efforts to ensure on-time delivery.
• Participate in thought leadership initiatives within Indian industry sectors by creating content such as articles, white papers, facilitating roundtables, and organizing client events.
• Drive business development efforts including sales in client accounts through new and existing partnerships by understanding requirements and customizing solutions accordingly.

Candidate Profile and Competencies

• Holds a full-time bachelor's or master’s degree in relevant disciplines (HR, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, Business Administration) or an MBA/PGDBM from any tier institute.
• Possesses 1-3 years of relevant post-master’s or 4-5 years post-bachelor’s experience in areas like compensation & benefits, rewards strategy, job evaluation, incentive design, skill gap analysis, organizational restructuring, and talent management projects.
• Has relevant experience prior to MBA in operational areas related to the job.
• Proficient in advanced Excel, analytics, data skills, R programming, VBA, macros, predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and linear regression.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively across dynamic projects.
• Creative thinker passionate about data-driven storytelling and adept at visualizing complex datasets to deliver engaging insights.
• Exhibits proactive solution design thinking, strong analytical aptitude, and willingness to take on challenges including business travel.
• Balancing strong analytical expertise with a people-centered approach and ability to understand end-user perspectives is vital.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with MS Excel and other MS Office tools expected.
• Committed to continuous learning, focused on achieving impactful results, and capable of handling ambiguity by independently navigating from problems to resolutions.
