Role Overview
This position as a Relationship Manager in the Private Banking Group focuses on driving business growth according to the bank's strategic goals while delivering superior customer service through wealth management practices.
Core Responsibilities
- Achieve established TPP and banking targets set at 55, 75, and 100 Lakhs.
- Meet individual Private Banking Group targets with a 40% focus on TPP.
- Attain absolute targets measured by performance against objectives.
- Fulfill banking-related targets concentrating on defined income benchmarks, ensuring product penetration within the base (10%).
- Meet customer profitability goals: achieve a minimum Rs 100,000 revenue from 75% of individual client base; applicable for both RM and Senior RM involving team performance (10%).
- Drive AUM growth by 10% within personal client portfolio, extending to team metrics for Senior RM (10%).
- Secure client acquisition objectives as per leadership directives, including onboarding new clients and converting existing bank customers to Private Banking services (10%).
- Maintain robust Customer Relationship Management by updating CRM promptly according to desk policies and ensuring adherence to client interaction protocols (10%).
- Provide client-centric solutions by delivering benchmark products aligned with client needs and collecting feedback on offerings (10%).
- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and functional expertise.
- Lead, mentor, and build strong relationships within the team setting positive work standards.
- Exhibit research proficiency, especially in equity and allied segments.
- Emphasize result-oriented work with goal setting and strategic planning aligned to desk objectives.
- Ensure CRM entries for client solutions and product mix are completed within prescribed timelines.
Educational and Professional Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing or Finance.
- Certifications such as AMFI, IRDA are required; NCFM certification is advantageous.
