Recruitment Specialist

Position Overview

HanmiGlobal is looking for an energetic and effective Recruitment Specialist to drive recruitment efforts across Saudi Arabia and contribute to hiring needs throughout the MENA region. This position involves overseeing the complete recruitment cycle, identifying and attracting top-tier candidates, liaising with hiring managers, and maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. The role demands robust recruitment skills, deep market insights, and the ability to work efficiently within fast-paced environments serving engineering consultancy, project management, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the entire recruitment process from vacancy approval until employee onboarding.
• Source, assess, interview, and shortlist candidates for a variety of roles including technical, engineering, project management, commercial, and corporate support.
• Arrange interviews between applicants and hiring managers and prepare detailed candidate profiles and hiring recommendations.
• Conduct reference verifications as needed and ensure candidates experience a professional recruitment journey.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job platforms, referrals, and direct headhunting to build talent pipelines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with passive candidates and industry networks.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to align staffing plans and recruitment priorities, ensuring timely fulfillment of job openings and supporting project mobilizations.
• Maintain precise recruitment records using Applicant Tracking Systems, and generate comprehensive weekly reports detailing vacancy statuses, recruitment KPIs, and candidate pipelines.
• Champion employer branding initiatives through social platforms, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and networking events, representing HanmiGlobal professionally.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.
• Between 4 to 7 years of hands-on recruitment experience managing full-cycle hiring processes.
• Proven track record within large-scale projects or engineering consulting environments.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and digital sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor laws and recruitment best practices, with fluency in English.

Preferred Attributes

• Recruitment experience within the GCC region.
• Familiarity with Workable ATS or similar platforms.
• Experience recruiting for sectors such as engineering consultancy, construction, PMC/PMCM, infrastructure, or real estate development.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, visa requirements, and employee mobilization procedures.
