Role Overview

As a Recruiting Associate Manager, you will lead talent acquisition efforts within the North America process, ranging from identifying hiring requirements, crafting attractive job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, to selecting and onboarding new employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex recruitment challenges by designing and implementing novel solutions which utilize or adapt existing methodologies.
  • Understand strategic goals set by senior management and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate primarily with direct supervisors and team leads, while engaging with peers and management both within the organization and client environments.
  • Operate with minimal supervision in selecting appropriate techniques for new assignments.
  • Manage medium to small teams and coordinate work efforts effectively within the client or internal settings.
  • Be prepared to work in rotational shifts as the position may require.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • 10 to 14 years of professional experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Expertise with recruitment systems and process design, including proficiency in Workday Recruiting platform.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adept at building and maintaining robust client relationships.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
