About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop proposals in response to client briefs collaboratively.
- Design questionnaires and contribute to quantitative research methodology.
- Manage fieldwork coordination, sampling strategies, and ensure data quality.
- Analyze research data to identify significant commercial insights.
- Create compelling reports and assist in delivering presentations to clients.
- Foster strong relationships with both clients and team members.
- Work closely with qualitative researchers, strategists, and data experts on integrated research projects.
- Contribute to thought leadership and overall team success.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum two years of quantitative market research experience within an agency setting.
- Ability to oversee projects from initial proposal through to final delivery.
- Proficient in quantitative research design, data analysis, and storytelling techniques.
- Familiarity with statistical software such as Q, SPSS, Displayr, or comparable tools is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with a talent for building and maintaining relationships.
- Curious, collaborative, and motivated by understanding consumer behaviour and resolving commercial challenges.
