Primary Responsibilities

• Provide expert valuation guidance to clients across various sectors.
• Conduct comprehensive property valuations for financial institutions, government bodies, and corporate customers.
• Independently manage key tasks such as processing indicative values, conducting property inspections, and gathering relevant data.
• Compile and produce detailed valuation reports tailored to client requirements.
• Engage actively in business development efforts to attract and secure new clients.
• Stay updated with current market trends and best practices within the valuation industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• 0 to 2 years of pertinent professional experience in property valuation or related fields.
• Degree holders or diploma graduates in Real Estate from recognized Polytechnics or Universities; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Optional membership in the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) and valid appraisal license are advantageous.
• Proven problem-solving abilities, strong organizational talent, and capacity to perform under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multitask efficiently and work well both independently and collaboratively within teams.
