About the Role

We invite a motivated and customer-oriented Product Specialist to join our Pharmaceuticals team in Singapore. This position is integral to partnering with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and foster Bayer's growth locally.

Key Responsibilities

• Surpass sales targets for designated products and geographical areas.
• Design and implement strategic territory plans and specific action initiatives.
• Establish and nurture robust connections with healthcare providers and main stakeholders.
• Provide detailed scientific product knowledge and clearly present clinical data.
• Create demand by engaging customers with value-based approaches.
• Leverage CRM systems to oversee customer relations and monitor territory progress.
• Collect and relay market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Work closely with Medical Affairs and diverse teams to fulfill customer requirements and meet business goals.
• Support organization of educational events, scientific forums, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain strict adherence to corporate policies, industry guidelines, and ethical standards.

Candidate Profile

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Science, Healthcare, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales roles.
• Required experience in Ophthalmology or Specialty Care sectors.
• Experience in Key Account Management is considered a plus.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare environment and how to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
• Strong commercial insight coupled with planning and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent skills in communication and presentations.
• Track record of effective collaboration across departments.
• Proven ability to drive results with accountability, ownership, and flexibility.
