About the Role

We invite a motivated and customer-oriented Product Specialist to join our Pharmaceuticals team in Singapore. This position is integral to partnering with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and foster Bayer's growth locally.
Key Responsibilities
- Surpass sales targets for designated products and geographical areas.
- Design and implement strategic territory plans and specific action initiatives.
- Establish and nurture robust connections with healthcare providers and main stakeholders.
- Provide detailed scientific product knowledge and clearly present clinical data.
- Create demand by engaging customers with value-based approaches.
- Leverage CRM systems to oversee customer relations and monitor territory progress.
- Collect and relay market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Work closely with Medical Affairs and diverse teams to fulfill customer requirements and meet business goals.
- Support organization of educational events, scientific forums, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain strict adherence to corporate policies, industry guidelines, and ethical standards.
Candidate Profile
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Science, Healthcare, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales roles.
- Required experience in Ophthalmology or Specialty Care sectors.
- Experience in Key Account Management is considered a plus.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare environment and how to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
- Strong commercial insight coupled with planning and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent skills in communication and presentations.
- Track record of effective collaboration across departments.
- Proven ability to drive results with accountability, ownership, and flexibility.
