About the Role

Creative Niche seeks a highly motivated Product Growth and Operations Manager to join their established entrepreneurial organization. This key player will be instrumental in launching and scaling a new business line, translating creative ideas into actionable plans while establishing operational frameworks where none currently exist.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the launch and expansion of a new business unit from initial concept through full execution.
Enhance operational workflows, systems, and overall customer experience quality.
Support development initiatives including product improvements, automation, and AI-driven process enhancements.
Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to amplify business reach.
Contribute to sales strategies, client interactions, and new business development efforts.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and influence the evolution of offerings.
Design scalable processes, comprehensive documentation, and effective reporting mechanisms.

Candidate Profile

Minimum five years’ experience spanning operations, strategy, consulting, startups, hospitality, product development, marketing, or similarly dynamic sectors.
Proven track record in building or expanding a product, service, or business framework.
Adaptable, comfortable managing ambiguity, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Exceptional project management skills fused with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Keen interest in AI, technology trends, and continuous process optimization.
Ability to collaborate confidently with senior leadership while independently driving key projects.
