About the Role
Creative Niche seeks a highly motivated Product Growth and Operations Manager to join their established entrepreneurial organization. This key player will be instrumental in launching and scaling a new business line, translating creative ideas into actionable plans while establishing operational frameworks where none currently exist.
Key Responsibilities

- Proven track record in building or expanding a product, service, or business framework.
- Adaptable, comfortable managing ambiguity, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Exceptional project management skills fused with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Keen interest in AI, technology trends, and continuous process optimization.
- Ability to collaborate confidently with senior leadership while independently driving key projects.
