Key Responsibilities

• Carry out the installation and dismantling of poles, including equipping new poles.
• Renew or replace existing drop-wires efficiently.
• Handle the replacement or renewal of overhead and underground joints within the fibre and copper network.
• Complete all assignments adhering strictly to Service Level Agreements.
• Comply with applicable Health and Safety laws, alongside company and client safety protocols.

Knowledge and Skills

• Experience operating Pole Erection Units and HIAB equipment.
• Self-driven with a goal-oriented attitude and capacity to maintain composure under pressure.
• Proficient in using computers and tablet devices.
• Possession of a valid CSCS Card.
• Operative-level street-works qualifications, inclusive of Category Genny training.
• Hold a full driving license; each team is expected to include an HGV Class 2 license holder.
• Additional relevant accreditations are advantageous.
