Job Overview

We are seeking a driven Placement Consultant to join our expanding team. This role is primarily remote with occasional office attendance once a week in Singapore. The position is freelance but full-time, attracting candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle employer inquiries generated via social media funnels on our platform.
• Interpret employer needs and suggest appropriate candidates from our exclusive AI-driven database.
• Conduct interviews with potential candidates to evaluate their fit.
• Arrange interviews between employers and selected candidates.
• Consistently meet monthly placement and conversion objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) basic license or willingness to complete the certification promptly.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to accurately understand employer requirements and align them with appropriate candidates.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
• Must be a Singaporean citizen.

Preferred Experience

• Background in employment agency operations.
• Familiarity with using CRM systems or application tracking tools.
