Job Overview

We are seeking a driven Placement Consultant to join our expanding team. This role is primarily remote with occasional office attendance once a week in Singapore. The position is freelance but full-time, attracting candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle employer inquiries generated via social media funnels on our platform.
Interpret employer needs and suggest appropriate candidates from our exclusive AI-driven database.
Conduct interviews with potential candidates to evaluate their fit.
Arrange interviews between employers and selected candidates.
Consistently meet monthly placement and conversion objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

Possession of Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) basic license or willingness to complete the certification promptly.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
Ability to accurately understand employer requirements and align them with appropriate candidates.
Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.
Must be a Singaporean citizen.

Preferred Experience

Background in employment agency operations.
Familiarity with using CRM systems or application tracking tools.
