About the Role

Join the team at Max Spielmann, part of the Timpson Group, as a Photo Retail Assistant based in various branches throughout Leeds. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for individuals from retail or hospitality backgrounds seeking a dynamic and engaging new challenge.

Main Duties

• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused photographic services including prints, portraits, canvases, photo frames, and personalized photo gifts.
• Utilize software such as Photoshop to fulfill customer requests.
• Maintain an energetic and welcoming shop atmosphere, contributing to the vibrant retail environment.
• Provide assistance at different branch locations within Leeds as required.
• Handle customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Training and Development

• Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided in all photographic services, as well as additional management and customer service skills.
