Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Mobile Colleagues based in Southampton and surrounding areas to join our dynamic high street service team. This permanent, full-time position involves delivering a variety of customer services including key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engraving, shoe repairs, photo processing, dry cleaning, and much more.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert customer service and performing various repair and service tasks including key cutting, watch repairs, mobile phone repairs, engravings, shoe repairs, photo printing, and dry cleaning.
• Committing to complete at least one act of kindness for customers or colleagues every day to foster a positive environment.

Training and Career Development

No prior experience in the field is needed as comprehensive, on-the-job training will be offered from your first day. Timpson is dedicated to skill development and career growth, providing a supportive environment for you to learn and excel.

Working Hours and Compensation

The role demands 40 hours a week across five days, including weekends, with potential for overtime after initial training. Starting pay is £26,520 per year, which can increase to £29,500 upon successful completion of a trial period. Additionally, there are uncapped weekly performance bonuses.
