Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to be located on-site in Charlotte, NC. This professional will be responsible for managing daily operations, including inventory oversight, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and maintaining vendor relations to guarantee timely product deliveries. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, pinpointing inefficiencies, instituting process enhancements, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

The Operations Manager will work closely with the sales, finance, and customer service departments to align operational strategies with overarching business objectives, address challenges proactively, and uphold superior service standards. Supervisory duties include setting priorities, guiding team members, and promoting a safe, well-organized, and efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations management, process enhancement, and optimizing workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Charlotte, NC, with keen organizational aptitude and attention to detail.
