Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to be located on-site in Charlotte, NC. This professional will be responsible for managing daily operations, including inventory oversight, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and maintaining vendor relations to guarantee timely product deliveries. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, pinpointing inefficiencies, instituting process enhancements, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
The Operations Manager will work closely with the sales, finance, and customer service departments to align operational strategies with overarching business objectives, address challenges proactively, and uphold superior service standards. Supervisory duties include setting priorities, guiding team members, and promoting a safe, well-organized, and efficient workplace.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management, process enhancement, and optimizing workflows.
- Competence in inventory control, logistics management, and vendor relationship oversight.
- Strong analytical skills with a comfort for data-driven decision-making and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with office productivity software and basic ERP or inventory systems.
- Previous experience in consumer goods, distribution, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Charlotte, NC, with keen organizational aptitude and attention to detail.
